“Dynasty” restaurant is one of the Moscow's oldest Chinese restaurants. Opened in 1995, it earned a reputation of one of the best restaurants in Moscow first of all because of the mouth-watering masterpieces of traditional Chinese dishes. In 2005 the restaurant was closed for renovation and opened again in December 2007.

The exquisite and stylish interior has lots of light inside, there is no dominating dragons and massive golden pieces which traditionally are the symbols of Chinese design. The renovated and refurnished “Dynasty” is a contemporary fine-dining restaurant which style is close to restaurants of Shanghai — cultural and business capital of modern China.

The team of cooks is also from Shanghai. The fine cuisine that Chef Zhou Tie Long serves are unique and authenticated Shanghainese food — mellow with a taste that is not so much spice but rather savory — garlic flavoured fried eel, Shanghai style foie gras, spring rolls filled with minced black cod and asparagus, fried beef battered with sesame seeds and spiced with ziran. Other favorites in “Dynasty” include typical representatives of delicious Chinese cuisine — world-famous Peking duck, black bean beef, pork in sweet-and-sour sauce, shark's fin soup and, of course, the whole range of traditional dim-sums.
